We are constantly working to improve our products and service, and really appreciate any feedback or comments that our customers may have regarding the installation or performance of their new Solatube® Daylighting Systems. “… the tubes I had installed are Solatubes from Solalighting at Olney Bucks. As I understand it they were the originators of this technology and were also extremely helpful with my numerous enquiries. I bought 2 160DS kits for under £700 and my builders installed them in a day in my bungalow. The result is amazing and I am very pleased with them.”

“The Solar tube was, at last, fitted back at the end of October. Jackie and I were utterly amazed at the difference it has made to the landing. (Exactly as your leaflet showed). I am not good at running around on roofs but our daughter’s partner went up and fitted it with ease and the whole process took about 2 hours.”

“I have now bought and installed two Solatubes in my house and I would like to say a big thank you to you. The difference these tubes have made are amazing. I have no window in the bathroom but now it is like daylight in there. I am getting so much light that I have on a couple of occasions thought the bathroom light had been left on by the kids, reached in to the bathroom and pulled the pull cord and found myself switching the lights on not off !!! I have spent the best part of £12,000 improving my bathroom and en-suite but seem to find myself taking friends and family on a tour of the Solatubes first and then oh yes, then the bathrooms. I have recommended your products to all the people I work with and I hope it generates some new business for you.”

“I just want to let you know that the builders have finally finished fitting the sun tubes! The one in the new bathroom is particularly useful. We have an internal corridor leading to a bathroom and bedroom. When the bedroom door is closed there is no light. At 4.30pm today, the tube emitted so much light that it was daylight in the bathroom and it even lights the corridor if we leave the bathroom door open!”
