Solatube® flashing insulators
Flashing insulators are recommend in climates where significant differences can exist between internal and external environments.
They re-seal the roofing felt that needs to be cut when inserting the top tube assembly into the roof, and provide a neat and professional finish to the underside of the roof void.
They also reduce air movement into and from the roof void and prevent contact with any warm air rising up towards the underside of the flashing that may potentially cause condensation.
